1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that the item:

Is unused and in its original condition.
Is returned in its original packaging.
Includes all original accessories, manuals, labels, and documentation (if applicable).
Is accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Fresh or frozen food products
Opened or used beauty and personal care products
Personal hygiene products
Gift cards
Clearance or final sale items
Customized or personalized products
Pet food, treats, supplements, or other consumable pet products that have been opened

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Wait for return authorization and instructions before sending any item back.
Securely package the item and ship it according to the provided instructions.

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

5. Refunds

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

6. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.

7. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (such as an incorrect, defective, or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping costs where applicable.

8. Order Cancellations
